Terms and Conditions: RETURN POLICY: If you wish to return your purchase because it is defective, do so within 30 days and we will credit your account the amount of purchase plus your return shipping charges. If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, we will credit your account the amount of your purchase, less a 10% restocking fee on receipt of our product in good condition. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us. PRIVACY POLICY: If you are purchasing something from the Gooserock Farm website, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fill your order and to notify you of your order status. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose without your express permission. If you sign up to receive periodic email notifications from us about special events, sales, or new products, we promise to respect your wishes should you at any time wish to discontinue receiving our emails. SHIPPING POLICY: We will do our best to ship your order within a week of receiving it. Please recognize, however, that we are a small family-run concern and that beekeeping is a seasonal operation. During certain times of the year, it may be impossible for us to do this. If it is important to you to receive your order by a certain date, please call or email us and we will do our best to accomodate you. Overnight, 2 day and 3 day rates are an estimate.  If your order requires an oversized box you will be charged the additional shipping UPS charges us to process your shipment. If the shopping cart under estimated the amount of boxes we need to ship your order you will be charged the additional shipping to process your shipment.  If you redirect your package and UPS charges us the $5.00-10.00 rate per box fee, you will be charged what UPS charges us to redirect your package(s). Your quote below includes the UPS fuel surcharge, credit card processing fees, packing supply fees and a small handling fee. By finalizing your order, you agree to the above additional shipping charges. We regret that we do not ship overseas or outside of the continental United States.
