| Creamed, or "set" honey, is 100% pure honey which has been 'seeded' with finely ground crystallized honey as a matrix and then stored at the optimal temperature for crystallization. The honey forms crystals the same size as the seed crystals so instead of the crunchy texture of naturally crystallized honey, creamed honey has a creamy smooth consistency like butter.
