| This is the best lip balm for cracked or severely chapped, dry lips. It has the same emollient shea butter and beeswax formula as our flavored lip balms but also contains propolis, an anti-viral/anti-bacterial resin collected by honey bees and used to keep the interior of the hive germ-free.
